One of the coolest things that I saw this weekend when it was down at the shore, was waterproof digital cameras. Amazing to see how you can suddenly take your camera, and discuss women with it. Not only that you can take great underwater photos which make really cool effects. I thought that these would be extremely expensive, however when I got back home and started doing some research it turns out that a waterproof camera is really not that expensive.
The couple of these cameras better leaders and industry. There is the Lumix waterproof device which is one of the best DSLR cameras out there. If you compare DSLR cameras then the only other camera that competes with the Lumix is definitely the Panasonic waterproof camera. Both of these have an extremely wide range of options, as found with traditional cameras. They’re obviously both fully waterproof up to 50 feet underwater. You can even get special lenses so you have a lot of different options when taking photos.
Underwater Cameras
Even if you don’t plan on taking many photos underwater, it may be a good idea to get waterproof camera. When you’re buying something as expensive as a dSLR camera you definitely don’t want to get it wet and broken. On this same point you may also want to look into shockproof cameras. These has the cameras are virtually indestructible from any type of all damage. They’re probably best if you plan on doing activities such as rock climbing, we may get bumped around a lot or even drop your camera.
There are many factors that could be the end of your camera. While we rarely contemplate these issues before they happen (as we do with all aspects of life) it is very wise to at least consider getting a waterproof digital camera if you already going to get a digital camera. They are such a better investment in the long run, and you will end up saving tons because these cameras are simply built stronger.
I have personally owned one for over a year now and love it! It wasn’t terribly more expensive than lower models, and the waterproofing works up to 15 meters! I don’t think I will be taking this Panasonic waterproof camera deep sea diving any time soon, but I do plan on using it to take some pictures when I go snorkeling in Hawaii in a few months. Other tourists may come back with photos of friends, but I’ll be able to capture the gorgeous and serene qualities and life under the perfectly turquoise ocean.
Best Digital Cameras
You may be looking for one of the best digital cameras from 2011, and you may be looking for one that is even waterproof, take a look at underwater disposable cameras. They’re very cheap, under $10, and do practically the same exact thing as the digital waterproof cameras. These are perfect for vacation or going down to the shore, or even messing around in the pool over the summer break. They were just like regular disposable cameras, but the whole lot more fun. Overall anything that is waterproof in naturally better in almost any capacity. Waterproof shoes are better than non-waterproof shoes, same with all equipment, especially high end electronics.
There are talks of flip camera reviews coming out where they may have an underwater camera. It’s not known yet for certain whether this would be a fully waterproof camera, however it would be a welcomed option to the wonderful line of flip cams. Just make sure you do your research before getting a waterproof digital camera, and make sure that works well. Make sure you have a warranty on it before submerging it in your own bathtub. If for some reason it stops working you may be rather upset.
Waterproof Digital Cameras
I think that waterproof digital cameras are going to be come ever more popular. Underwater cameras became some what popularized with the disposable versions of these high tech dSLR cameras, but they still haven’t fully penetrated the market. I think that given a few more years more and more camera reviews will show just how useful these devices can be. Once that begins to happen, Panasonic waterproof cameras will lead the the way to making it the norm and standard within the industry. I don’t think this is very debatable, rather I believe it is inevitable in any freely changing market.
Both shockproof cameras and waterproof cameras are high ticket items currently, but that is the way any market changes. At first the new technology is expensive, but that paves the way for the market majority to lower the price. Once the early adopters bring in their friends and get them to buy waterproof digital cameras, the market will sway and soon you won’t be able to get any other type of dSLR camera anywhere!
